300 further tickets for all game days in Cologne

The 6th site inspection of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) at the venues of the 2017 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship (5-21 May) resulted in the release of seats, which were previously blocked for technical reasons. Therefore, some 300 tickets per game day in Cologne's LANXESS arena will additionally go on sale.
This applies to all 15 game days in Cologne, thus also the recently no longer available game days such as the opening day on 5st May, featuring the encounter of Sweden vs. Russia as well as the first tournament appearance of the German home team vs. USA or 8th May with Germany-Russia and USA-Sweden. The no less demanded game days of 6th May with Germany-Sweden, the almost sold-out 13th May, a Saturday with three games including Italy-Germany, all final round game days and all other game days with participation of the German national team are also included.
Such additional tickets will be released on Wednesday, 1st March at 11am for the sale of day tickets and remain on offer while stock lasts.
Some of the games in the other venue city Paris are now also heading towards sell-out. Particularly high is the demand for the games Finland-France on 7th May, Canada-France on 11th May, Canada-Switzerland on 11th May and Switzerland-Finland on 14h May. For those games, some categories are already gone and availability is down to some few hundred tickets.
